The Links Hotel in Montrose is a fabulous venue for weddings and receptions, with its unique combination of warm Scottish hospitality and the panache of continental management you can be assured it is a special place to host your special day.

The warm and welcoming Fairways Suite with its own private bar has been specially designed for hosting receptions. This luxuriously appointed accommodation with dance floor is richly carpeted with comfortable co-ordinated seating and can serve up to 110 covers. The generous dimensions of the Fairways Suite permit a wide range of table layouts to seat your guests – rounds of eight, herringbone horseshoe or the traditional top table with branches: the choice is yours.

For the nights entertainment, the dance floor is ideal for your eightsome reels! As part of our service we can also advice or book on your behalf your evenings entertainment.

Accommodation for the bride and groom and wedding guests can be provided at a special rate.

Taking care of your every need……………

Do call into the hotel and we would be happy to discuss the hospitality arrangements for your wedding day and we can offer a wide range of sample menus to include evening buffets and drinks packages from out extensive repertoire in cuisine, more importantly, we can cater for every budget you just need to let us know.

If you have a preference, or a favorite dish or would like to select your own unique wedding meal, our chefs will happily oblige, any special dietary requirements can also be catered for.

Wines to welcome your guests and complement your wedding meal can be chosen or recommend from our superb wine list.

The ceremony…………..

And you even have the option to also have the Wedding Ceremony take place in the hotel. We have many couples exchange their vows on the half landing of our fabulous staircase beneath the beautiful and famous stained glass window designed and completed by one of the most distinctive glass painters Daniel Cottier (1838-1891).

Reception only…………….

Should you just want to celebrate with your friends then why not consider the Events Centre for your wedding reception. Here we have many options available to you from just room hire to a full service reception.
